Carlos Garcia, Sr. was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1985 and founded the firm in 1992. He spent fifteen years on the board of a Florida commercial bank and brings a credit committee's view to the closing table. He represents commercial lenders, real estate investors, and corporate borrowers in the structuring and closing of Florida transactions — acquisitions, loan documentation, title, and multi-entity structures.
